Located in a vibrant area with numerous shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out and exploring the lively nightlife scene. There is also a popular nightclub in close proximity, offering entertainment options. the rooms, though outdated according to some reviews, do have balconies which provide a small advantage for enjoying the views.
The cleanliness of the rooms is questionable, with dirty carpets and windows reported by guests.

when you get there at 15.00 and you get a small room with no carpet and with view at a building 2 meters far away from your balcony, you won't like anything.... only the staff... they helped me to change the room but in another day.
If you get half board you will have breakfast and diner, but you will pay for the juices. only water is for free. you have to pay as soon as you get there, my advice is to ask to see the room before. this is not a 4 star hotel... maybe 2, not even 3. it is true that it is cheap, but compare it with a 2-3 stars hotel when you book it.

10 minutes walk to bus station. A fantastic base for exploring Kusadasi. We loved how close it is to ada kultur merkezi kegev.

Great food selection with a variety to choose from. Located near the marina and the corniche making it easy to enjoy the sea views and walk around town at leisure. the pool was also well-maintained and provided a relaxing escape.
Rooms were outdated, old fashioned and smelled bad, with the air conditioning making things worse. the noise level from the bar next door was incredibly loud, making sleep nearly impossible.

The hotel had a convenient location, situated in the heart of the city and close to the marina, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms, which were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for our romantic escape.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The hotel could benefit from updating its facilities, as some areas appeared outdated.
